⁣Right now during Covid19 pandemic and lockdown, these words are especially helpful!

These 4 words have brought me perspective and soothing through several difficult periods! They’ve helped me so much, I even have them stuck to my bed frame as a reminder on the dark nights!⁣ Now I find myself quoting them to others, as well as myself.⁣

'This too shall pass'⁣

As I speak them aloud I feel a peace in their familiarity. They are like a soothing lullaby to me. Slowing my busy mind down, reminding me that I've got through worse nights and times before. This is not forever, it will get easier in time and with help! ⁣
